With a Master’s degree in Business and a background in customer service, Ashley is driven to provide an exceptional experience that differentiates Toast from its competitors. Born and raised in Papillion, Ashley still calls this incredible community home, equipping her with key knowledge of the area and a passion for its places and people. She is the mother to one spunky little boy and brings community and family to everything she does.
Katie Langenfeld is a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience in sales, training and management.
Katie is licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa is well rounded in new construction as well as pre-existing homes. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a real estate pro, she loves working with each client’s unique goals and creating a winning strategy to get the best deal for them. Katie infuses her work life with a dash of humor - particularly notorious for her wonderfully terrible dad jokes on social media. Outside the office, Katie shares her life with her husband, Josh, and their two kids, Aiden and Lauren.

For that reason, she takes a lot of pride in helping make sure each client receives a quality, personalized experience.
In addition to working on the transaction process, Asia also focuses on helping the team reach its goals as a company, which helps Toast better serve its clients. When she's not in the office, staging homes, or running errands around town, Asia is blissfully busy and fully immersed in mom life with four kiddos at home.

With nine years of real estate experience, Will's journey has uniquely prepared him for this role. He spent half of his career building a successful real estate team in Huntington Beach, California, personally knocking on 62,000 doors and developing coaching programs. The other half was spent in leadership as Team Leader at Keller Williams Greater Omaha.
What caught Will's attention with Toast is not only the growth trajectory he's witnessed, but the amazing people and team culture.
Partnering with Ashley to co-lead this team excites him. With her visionary leadership and systematic approach to building the team, combined with his experience in brokerage leadership and coaching, they aim to propel Toast's growth even further. Hayley and her husband have three children: Averie, Greyson, and Mia. In her free time, she enjoys family activities, golfing, shopping, fitness, and outdoor pursuits.
