When I first started Toast Real Estate Group in 2022, I knew I wanted to build something bigger than a traditional team. In just over 2 years, we’ve scaled to a top-producing team in the Omaha metro, and laid the foundation for something more: TOAST REAL ESTATE—our independent brokerage.
Co-owned by myself and Will May IV, TOAST REAL ESTATE is designed to support agents across 3 models: core team, shared services, and independent. That flexibility means we’re growing fast, but with intention.
