"Ashley was amazing!!! I worked with Ashley Cerveny on both the sale of my existing home and during the build of my new home. I had lived in my existing home for 19 years, and it was hard to move. Plus, I had never built a house before, so there was so much that I didn’t know. Ashley walked me through everything and always kept me informed on everything the entire time. She sold my existing home in a weekend, but then the sale fell through. We listed it again, and had it sold again in one day. Through all of the challenges, she has worked tirelessly to either fix issues or get answers. I could email her or text her, and she was always quick to respond. With my new house, we also had issues and a lot of questions. She was always ready to contact the builder to get answers. She even helped me pick out my selections at the design center.
