City of Omaha Celebrates America Presenting Melissa Etheridge with Fireworks

Melissa Etheridge and Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone headline this year’s classic Memorial Park concert. Local acts and one of the region’s largest fireworks displays also return for the festivities. Put your blanket in the park at 5am to save your spot and enjoy this Omaha tradition.

Fourth of July Celebration at Nelson’s Produce Farm

Join your friends every Saturday night in Stinson Park at Aksarben Village for the Saturdays @ Stinson Concert Series sponsored by Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. The most talented bands in Omaha will entertain you. There will be food and drink vendors, face painting, balloon artists, and the kids will play on the playground equipment. For the concerts, you may bring chairs, blankets, and coolers.

Seek out an Old Market brunch spot after working up an appetite shopping.

Omaha Storm Chasers Baseball Game

The Omaha Storm Chasers are taking on the Iowa Cubs with the first pitch set for 2:05 pm. Every Sunday kids 12 and under can run the bases after the end of the game.
